The Alexander Lofts

Alexander Lofts, a $3.2 million New City Neighborhood Redevelopment at 1121 Locust Street, was completed in May 2005. The development includes eight luxury residential loft-condos on four floors and first-floor condo retail. The residential units range in price from $420,000 to $460,000 and feature high ceilings, an exterior balcony, stainless steel cabinets, granite counter tops and master baths with walk-in showers.
