| I have lived here for a year. Now in the process of moving. Management is extremely nice to get you to move in. Once moved, management is horrendous. This is suppose to be a luxury apartment however it is ran by a bunch of uneducated hillbillies. The units are nice. If you don't ever need to contact management for anything then this would be the place for you. There has been 3 or more Managers and Assistant Managers within a year. If you complain about anything it will be a waste of time. I would recommend Boulder Springs which is also in the Creve Coeur area. Maybe if property was not managed by Carol, Property Manager, then maybe it would be a nice place to live.
